This policy explains how CAMDEN TYRES LIMITED ("we", "us"), trading as Camden Tyres Services, uses personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller. Company number 04514149, registered office 166 Royal College Street, London, NW1 0SP.
What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, phone number, email, the service you need, tyre size, preferred date and time, car registration (optional) and any notes.
- Contact messages: your name, email and/or phone number and your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and the chat helper on this site doesn't store or send what you type.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To handle your booking or enquiry and contact you about it - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam - our legitimate interests.
- To keep records we must keep by law, such as for tax - legal obligation.
We never sell your data and we don't use it for marketing unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with service providers who help us run the website and handle forms, under contracts that protect it:
- Our website host, which serves the site and keeps security logs.
- Our form or email provider, which delivers booking and contact messages to us (and, where enabled, a confirmation email to you).
- Cal.com, only if you choose to use the live booking calendar.
- Google, only if you choose to load the interactive map or follow links to Google Maps or Google reviews.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then for up to six years for our business and tax records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. To make a request, call us on 020 7485 4067, or write to us at 166 Royal College Street, London, NW1 0SP.
